Guests will choose from a list of appetizers, entrees, and desserts with options such as a Peruvian Ensalata Mixta, Roasted Cauliflower with tahini sauce, Nomads’ infamous Hummus with Housemade Flatbread, and Butternut Squash Soup to start, followed by main entrees including Peruvian Adobo-Braised Lamb Shank, Crispy Whole Branzino, Chimichurri Steak Frites and Crispy Chile Relleno.

Fishing With Dynamite will feature a three-course lunch and a four-course dinner prix fixe menu on Raw bar items will also be available al a carte.
